The college’s fund page named government grants and student fees as funding sources. It also stated that donations were not accepted. This was the way the institution explained its finances in the 2012-era site; it is not a current financial statement.
Why the distinction matters
Operating funds, tuition charges and student financial support are separate subjects. A source of college income does not establish the amount an applicant must pay, whether a scholarship exists or how any assistance is awarded. The former fee structure gives a dated schedule for comparison only.
The admission page reports that the former site rejected donation or capitation payments for entry. Applicants should rely on a current official fee notice and admissions instructions for any payment. This page retains the older funding description without implying that its terms continue today.
