Mulund College of Commerce

Founded in 1970 by Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association, Mulund College of Commerce developed from a commerce college into a place for management, computing, finance and postgraduate study. Its junior college began in 1976. The college history names the late Shri Babasaheb Pethe and Shri Baburao Paranjape among its founders.

A college that grew with its subjects

The college history traces M.Com teaching from 1980, management studies from 1982, and new computing and finance programmes around the turn of the century. By the 2012–13 site edition, the courses page brought together commerce, management, information technology and related specialisations.

Study beyond the classroom

The library offered lending, reference and periodical access. The National Service Scheme took part in environmental work, while sporting achievements were recorded across several years. The college’s mission connected intellectual, physical and social development.
