The recognition page recorded Certificate No. 2(F) 12(B) and gave 14 March 1988 as its date. The original page attributed the grant to the University of Mumbai. Reading the record
Recognition, affiliation and accreditation are different questions. A certificate number on an old page does not establish which course or institution has an active approval today.
